Online video review and lecture series 10 group and 10 personal sessions with Pro Coaches and Pro Goaltenders Spring/Summer 2025 Off-Season Program Group sessions feature our Pro Coach or Goaltender video breakdown and are themed topics, including Advanced Positioning, Net Play, Puckhandling, and Skating. Q & A discussion will be required. Sessions will occur every two weeks. Personal sessions feature a One-on-One meeting with our Pro Coach or Goaltender breaking down your own game and training video. Sessions will be scheduled every two weeks. A supporting “Action-Plan” / guide will be included.
